| Table 1a - Add number of people inducted on site for Blu-3 (Records to be kept on file and induction register to be available) |
| Table 1b - Out of the people inducted every day add the number of inductees holding valid CSCS or CPCS card and for Holland and Ireland equivelant being VCA/Safepass. If the inductee is plant operator the CPCS card will take priority as it should be checked for validity and authorisation levels of plant to be operated during the iduction. This is numbers only and it is the responsibility of the Inductor to ensure details are valid. The following website can be used to check validity of any suspicious cards and random checks of cards should be done at a ratio of 1 out of every 5 cards. (Records to be kept on file and copies of cards should be appended to the induction record of each inductee) |
